Position: ServiceNow ITSM ArchitectLocation: Iselin, NJ- onsite 3-4 days a week.Duration: 6+ MonthJob Description:Hands On Experienced in implementation of ITSM solution using industry best practicesSeasoned with Custom App implementation.Experienced of implementing in one of ITOM, ITBM, GRC, CSM, HRSD other than ITSM.Good experience of Service Portal and widget creationKnowledge of Flow Designer, Integration Hub and Orchestration use case implementationHands-on development experience of REST and SOAP based integration, scripted REST and SOAP API creation ServiceNow scripting like Business Rule, Script include, Fix scripts workflows, UI Action, UI Policy, Client scripts, Email InboundKnowledge of Authentication via Auth 2.0, certificates, and Mid ServerImplemented ServiceNow project in Domain separated instanceGood knowledge of MID Server installation and managementExperience of LDAP/Active Directory/SSO implementationWorked on CSM, HRSD, GRC, ITBMExperience in working on Performance AnalyticsExperienced in implementation on ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt. and Orchestration use cases.Review existing set up and provide best practice recommendations in line with the OEM Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and ongoing knowledge of latest ServiceNow features.Experience with HTML coding and Jelly script strongly preferredProfessional8+ years of experience with ServiceNow required10+ years of experience with IT Industry requiredAcademicsCertified System AdminCIS-ITSM, Certified Application developer, CIS-Discovery, CIS-Service MappingITIL Foundations certification is preferred.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
