Job SummaryThe IT Analyst assists with the development, maintenance, and implementation of IT solutions for the company. The IT Analyst will work closely with various departments to identify and address their technological needs.Duties/Responsibilities:Analyze current IT systems, architectures, and processes.Identify risks, opportunities, faults, and areas for development within the company's IT framework.Designing IT solutions and solving issues effectively.Plan and oversee projects (e.g. upgrades, hardware/software installations).Helping set up new hires with software, laptops, programs, etc.Assisting in technical issues through various departments.Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues.Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed.Performs other related duties as assigned by management.Qualifications and Experience:At minimum of 3 years of experience in an IT-related positionBachelor's Degree (BA) in computer science, business information systems, information technology, or other related fields preferred (but additional experience may be substituted)Experience with or knowledge of desktop and server operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, and Microsoft Active Directory and AzureExperience and/or working knowledge of Amazon Web Services.Basic knowledge of databases, data processes, program architectures, and data securityAbility to work independentlyCompetencies: Analytical - Synthesizes complex or diverse information; Collects and researches data; Uses intuition and experience to complement data; Designs workflows and procedures.Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; Gathers and analyzes information skillfully; Develops alternative solutions; Works well in group problem solving situations; Uses reason even when dealing with emotional topics. Other rewards may include annual bonus eligibility, which is based on company and individual performance. Company provides a variety of benefits to employees, including medical, dental and vision insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
