We are seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Specialist to configure, maintain, and optimize Workday systems within a large enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in Workday configuration process, along with at least five years of hands-on experience in Workday configuration and integration.Key Responsibilities:Workday Configuration: Configure and optimize Workday modules, including HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Learning, and Integration.Integration Management: Develop and manage complex integrations using Workday , EIB, and Core Connectors.Business Process Management: Design and manage advanced business processes within the Workday platform.Reporting and Analytics: Create and maintain advanced reports using Workday Report Writer and other analytics tools.Security and Compliance: Configure and manage Workday security roles and groups, ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory requirements.Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex configuration issues to optimize system performance.Change Management: Manage system updates and transitions to ensure minimal disruption and smooth implementation.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 5 years of Workday experience in a large enterprise environment.Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Workday Configuration, EIB, and Core Connectors.Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred).
