Experience. 5 15 yearsLocation: Midtown New York, NYQualification Engineering Degree/Diploma or Bachelor of Computer Science or related qualificationsJob Summary:The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. This includes managing technical aspects, design, team coordination, client communication, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the CCTV and Access Control industry with proven project management experience Responsibilities:Manage all aspects of security system projects, including CCTV, Access Control, and related software integrations. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Oversee and manage project teams, including technicians, installers, and subcontractors. Oversee technical design, ensuring compliance with client requirements and industry best practices. Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and challenges during project execution. Conduct regular project status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders. Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and client satisfaction. Monitor project progress, track expenses, and ensure adherence to budgets. Implement quality control measures to ensure high-quality installations and system performance. Manage project documentation, including technical drawings, specifications, and reports. Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations. Conduct site surveys and assessments to gather project requirements. Help evaluate emerging technologies and work with the team to implement them. Qualifications:Proven experience as a Project Manager in the CCTV and Access Control industry (minimum 5 years). Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, Access Control systems, and related technologies (e.g., IP cameras, NVRs, access control panels, biometric readers, facial recognition, etc.). Experience with software integration and customization related to security systems is a plus. Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
