We're looking for 2 skilled Maintenance Mechanics to handle preventative maintenance & repairs on production, facility, and utility equipment.Pay: $22-$27/hr (DOE)Sign-On & Retention Bonus: Up to $1,250Shifts Available:Days: Sunday-Thursday (5 AM-2 PM / 10 AM-6 PM) & Wednesday-Saturday (5 AM-2 PM / 12 AM-6 AM)Nights: Sunday-Wednesday (8 PM-6 AM) & Wednesday-Saturday (8 PM-6 AM)Training: Monday-Friday (9 AM-5 PM, subject to change)Responsibilities:Troubleshoot & repair mechanical/electrical issues (gearboxes, AC/DC drives, PLCs, motors)Perform preventative maintenance on production equipmentAssist with rebuilding spare parts & maintaining inventoryEnsure compliance with safety rules & PPE requirementsRead & interpret electrical/mechanical printsQualifications:Experience with proxy switches, servo/stepper motors, drives, & encodersBasic plumbing, electrical & mechanical skillsWelding experience (preferred)High school diploma or equivalentWillingness to work holidays, overtime, and non-standard hoursStrong attendance & ability to handle job-related stressAdditional Information:Background check & drug screening required post-offerPhysical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbsWork Environment: Exposure to moving parts, heat, vibration, and occasional work in high places or near chemicals (safety accommodations provided as needed)If you're a motivated technician ready for a great opportunity, apply today or message me for details!Desired Skills and ExperienceTroubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues (e.g., gearboxes, AC/DC drives, PLCs, motors).Perform preventative maintenance and maintain production equipment.Assist with rebuilding spare parts and maintaining inventory.Ensure compliance with safety rules and wear required PPE.Read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints.Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor.All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
