Decision Support Analyst

An insurance company in midtown Manhattan is looking to hire a Decision Support Analyst to assist with financial and operational analysis. This is a hybrid role looking for 1-2 years of previous experience. The Decision Support Analyst will: Handle ongoing preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reportsProvide key monthly membership and enrollment fee volumes in a timely manner, to support month end closeBe responsible for development of ongoing reports to support new corporate initiatives, ensuring standardization of criteria across all facilities, efficiency of report design, and complete documentation of process, to facilitate routine updatesAssist with data integrity analyses to ensure accuracy of data within the decision support data warehouse, by auditing results to source systemProvide ad hoc reporting, as requested Experience Desired: Bachelor's degree in finance, math, or related field.2 years experience in healthcare financeProficient in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills requiredExperience with Microsoft Access, SQL, or other Business Intelligence tools
