You will begin as a W2 Consultant of Motion Recruitment Partners working for our end client and once the contract duration is up, our client has expressed desire to convert the Consultant to an internal team member.Hybrid schedule in Columbus, OH working 2 days on-site each week (Tues/Wed)LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY non-local candidates will not be considered for this rolePlease check compensation range prior to applying to ensure alignment with expectations as this range is firm with no flexibility.Position Overview:This role will perform telecom expense management duties including preparing invoice analysis, managing fixed wireline and wireless expenses, running and analyzing reports for cost optimization, and performing audits to ensure supplier contract compliance and performance. The ideal candidate will have experience with Telecom Expense Management (TEM) and have strong familiarity working closely with service providers.Telecom Expense ManagementManage fixed wireline and wireless expensesInvestigate telecom usage charges with the help of invoices and customer service representativePerform invoice analysis to identify billing error, discrepancies and opportunities for savingsManage invoices for accuracy and timely payoutMonthly Telecom expense forecasts, track the net new adds/disconnects by month.Resolve Telco and business groups queries related to invoices and payments information on timely basis.Run and analyze reports for example other vendor billing, pricing inconsistency, and include them in issue tracker called Audit status report.Telecom cost optimizationOperationsMaintain a telecom inventory database (MACD: Move, Add, Change, Disconnection)Maintain wireless order managementEngage in IT Operations monitoring and managing network related incidents, changes, problem, configuration management and RCAMonitor outsourced contract performance and compliance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actionsSLA management, appeals review.Initiate RFP/RFQ for network services, negotiations and contract managementPerform audits to ensure contract compliance and performanceQualifications:5-7 years' experience in telecommunication services or network servicesExperience working in an outsourced IT environment, working closely with service providers and delegating operational activities to them,Knowledge of telecom components, trends and best practicesExperience with Telecom Expense Management Solutions (TEM) such as Tangoe, Calero, Cass etc.ServiceNow experience is a plus to have!
