We are currently seeking Mid-Level M&A Associates for our clients, which include firms ranked on the AM100 list in New York.Job Description:As an M&A Associate, you will play a key role in advising clients on complex corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
