Our client seeks an Administrative/Accounting Admin in its Cleveland office to assist in document management, client administration, accounting and reporting.The ideal candidate will possess a background in administration or as support in a finance/accounting function, along with excellent oral and written communication skills.Responsibilities:Prepare monthly and/or quarterly performance reportsPrepare monthly and/or quarterly reconciliationsPrepare monthly valuation reportsManage daily cash activity. Prepare capital call and distribution packagesMaintain and validate bank account balances to ensure we are within client-imposed limitsMove money within client accountsManage daily FX requirementsResponsible for all client document managementLiaise with custodial banks, and other third parties (tax, audit)Qualifications:A strong working knowledge of all MS Office products and intermediate knowledge of Excel, requiredStrong analytical and quantitative skillsAbility to work in a team-based environmentSelf-starter, capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects simultaneouslySuperior written and verbal communication skillsAny background or previous involvement in real estate, private equity or investment management preferredAny background or previous involvement in working with a custodian or fund administrator preferredWork Schedule:Hybrid: Monday and Friday- work from home; Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday- work in office.
