By executing these responsibilities while following our Values, this position will help accomplish our Mission and fulfill our Vision.Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesCoordinate Client ProgramsClient CommunicationsCommunicate with clients in person, via phone, text, and emailSchedule appointments, collect payment, greet at the door, etc.Meet individually with clients for interviews, vehicle sales, etc.Present to groups of clients at partner organizationsProgram AdministrationManaging client sales and paymentsCoordinate celebrations Keep all digital and physical records organizedCollect client surveys and feedbackEnter data into Salesforce and Google Workspace databasesCoordinate vehicle sales and repairs with Vehicle TeamSupport client enrollment, classes, and retention for the Technician TrainingCollaborate with Partner OrganizationsProcess referrals and manage client pipelineProvide client updates and feedback to partnersOther Duties & ResponsibilitiesAttend client celebrations for ChangingGears and CityLink CenterOther duties may be assigned as appropriateJob Requirements• Passionate about the Mission and Vision of ChangingGears• Conduct that is consistent with the Values of ChangingGears• Possess high organizational skills and follow-through• Ability to delegate appropriate tasks to others• Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing• Willing and able to be licensed as a used car salesperson - to complete car sales with clients• Proficient in basic computer applications, including Google Apps, Salesforce and Mac• Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check• Valid drivers license• No more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record within the past 2 years• No drug or alcohol related convictions on driving record within the past 5 years (DUI/DWI)Educational Requirements• Bachelors degree in a related field (or equivalent experience)Physical Requirements• Able to sit and work on a computer for 2+ hours at a time• Able to lift up to 25 poundsTime Commitment• Full Time 40 hours/week in Office• Hours are generally Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm• Must be available for occasional special events and meetings outside of regular hoursCompensation• Salary dependent upon experience• Health Insurance Reimbursement Arrangement• Company matched Simple IRA plan• Paid vacation and holidays
