Job Title: Photographer/VideographerEmployment Status: Full-TimeOverview:We are seeking a talented and passionate Photographer/Videographer to join our creative team! In this role, you will be responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality visual content across a variety of platforms, including social media, commercials, and podcasts. You'll work closely with our creative teams to plan, execute, and deliver engaging video projects that align with both client goals and brand identity.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the entire photo/video production process from pre-production to post-production, ensuring all deliverables meet high standards of quality and are on scheduleCollaborate with clients and creative teams to develop unique concepts that drive the strategic goals of each projectCraft compelling scripts and storyboards to ensure a strong visual and narrative directionDirect on-screen talent (e.g., actors, hosts, clients) during shoots, providing guidance to capture the perfect performance in line with the project's visionEdit footage to create polished, professional final products, incorporating music, color grading, special effects, and ensuring a seamless alignment with creative directionServe as the key point of contact for all photo/video projects, ensuring client feedback is integrated and their vision is accurately translated into the final contentMaintain the highest standards of creativity, technical excellence, and visual storytelling across all video contentKeep up with current video production trends, emerging storytelling techniques, and new technologies to continually enhance creativity and production qualityCollaborate with the marketing, creative, and web teams to ensure video content seamlessly integrates into broader campaigns and strategiesQualifications:Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or similarStrong interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with professional photo and video equipmentAt least 1 year of experience as a videographer or in a similar creative roleExperience in an agency or media production setting is a plusKnowledge of motion graphics and animation (e.g., Adobe After Effects or similar)Familiarity with color grading and advanced video editing techniquesExperience creating content for digital platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)Excellent time management and ability to meet tight deadlinesStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at onceAbility to work proactively, solve problems, and make decisions on the flyLeadership skills and the ability to guide projects to completionBenefits:Competitive retirement planComprehensive dental, health, and vision insuranceGenerous paid time offPositive, collaborative work environment
