Custom Broker

Sea Trade International, Inc. is seeking customs broker to work in its Secaucus, NJ headquarters office.Specific responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:Work with clients to ensure all documentation is received and accurateHandle the release and lSF/entries for vehicles/personal goods being imported into the US via air and ocean;Supervise and ensure accurate and timely processing of ISF and entries.Ensure data entry of shipment information for release and billing are accurate and completeEnsure classification and value is correct for U.S. duties/feesCoordinate and prepare entry summary as needed monitor route shipment release and arrange any required transportation, warehousing. Completes a daily report on release and classification and related activities as assigned.Create and maintain data for shipments in relevant systems, familiar with Cargo Wise software and knows about how to use operation and finance function.Has capability to lead brokerage department to finish all jobs and control all risks.Experience & Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree required3-5 years of customs broker experience requiredExperience with customs laws, regulations, procedures, and industry practices requiredValid current customs broker's licenseStrong team spirit and ability to coordinate with related departments.
