This role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, system analysts/administrators, and other IT teams to translate business needs into clear, actionable work items. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes, requirements gathering, and enterprise application workflows.Required Skills & Experience:3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst in an enterprise IT environment.Strong background in requirements gathering, process documentation, and system analysisExperience working with CRM and Project Portfolio Management (PPM) applicationsAbility to translate business needs into clear, actionable technical requirementsProficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or similar workflow documentation toolsStrong knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle (SDLC)May require occasional travel for stakeholder meetings and workshops.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in enterprise-level IT projects related to CRM, PPM, or ERP applications.Knowledge of data modeling, process automation, and integration conceptsFamiliarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Certification in CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) or equivalent is a plus.Key Competencies & Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Detail-oriented with a structured and methodical approach to requirements gathering.Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teamsStrong documentation and presentation skills
