Print Technician II (2nd Shift)

Job Title: Print Technician II Job Location: Rahway NJ 07065(2nd Shift)2nd shift hours: 2PM-10:30PM but will be transitioning to 12PM-8:30PM Onsite Requirements: fully onsiteGMP and/or GDP experienceComputer skills; independently work with different computer systems (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, ERP systems)Steady Work HistoryJob Description: Summary:Work as part of a team to execute clinical label printing production.Support additional operational activities in support of sampling and material transfer.Maintain training and compliance with site safety and quality requirements.Selected Responsibilities:Print, inspect, proof, and perform accountability for clinical product labels.Process labeling/packaging batch paperwork according to GMP/GDP.Verify before use that equipment calibration date has not been exceeded.Label inventory management and receipt.Carry out all the appropriate periodic quality inspections during the printing process to ensure integrity.Prepare shipment of labels to external packaging sites.Receive bulk labels from booklet manufacturing vendors.Track team metrics.Assign shift processing schedule.Train Print Technician Level I team members and remain proficient in appropriate systems and software.2200 label processing required as a daily metric.Requirements:Must have 3+ years working in GMP operations.Experience in Clinical Supply Packaging Operations preferred.S. degree preferred. Additional experience required without B.S. degree.Strong attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and ability to multi-task.Knowledge of general computer skills (i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).SAP (or equivalent) experience strongly preferred.Steady work history is a must. 3rd party and subcontract staffing agencies are not eligible for partnership in this position. 3rd party subcontractors need not apply.
