Job Summary: The Energy Delivery Project Management organization is responsible for the planning, execution, and delivery of major projects related to gas compression, gas transmission, and gas distribution. This team plays a critical role in ensuring investments are aligned with the company's strategic objectives and meet safety, reliability, and infrastructure modernization goals. The EPC Project Manager will oversee the planning and execution of small to medium-scale projects, driving value and ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.Key Responsibilities:Project Management & Planning:Plan and manage small to medium-sized projects of moderate-to-high complexity.Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans with clear deliverables to achieve project objectives.Ensure the timely completion of tasks, while adhering to scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives.Risk and Issue Management:Identify initial risks, issues, and constraints impacting project execution and work collaboratively with other functional areas to mitigate them.Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:Lead project communication throughout the project lifecycle.Facilitate communication with internal stakeholders and senior leadership, including presentations to the leadership team.Execution & Delivery:Oversee the flow of work across various stages of project development, ensuring smooth scoping, scheduling, execution, and closeout.Manage multiple projects concurrently at various stages of development.Performance & Continuous Improvement:Assist in developing performance metrics and track project execution performance.Recommend new processes, techniques, and standards to improve performance and project outcomes.Identify and prioritize the implementation of process enhancements to improve overall project management practices.Financial Oversight:Validate financial forecasts and reconcile project-related expenditures.Skills and Qualifications:Required:5+ years of engineering/business experience with demonstrated capability to lead small-to-medium scale projects concurrently.Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.Proven planning, organizational, and leadership skills to manage project teams and resources.Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly in verbal and written formats, facilitate meetings, and negotiate effectively.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients and stakeholders.Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and resolve issues to drive projects to closure.Proven track record of building trust with sponsors and stakeholders, motivating teams, setting direction, resolving conflicts, and delivering under ambiguity.Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (Required within 3 years of starting the position).Preferred:Familiarity with gas compression, transmission, or distribution infrastructure.Experience in identifying and managing project risks.Experience communicating and reporting project status to senior leadership.Additional Requirements:A valid driver's license is required.Ability to work 40-50 hours per week, with 85% of time spent in the office or on-site at project locations.Willingness to travel to job sites and project meetings (travel requirements may vary based on project locations).Availability for additional hours as needed to meet project deadlines or assist with storm restoration activities.Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation for potential storm restoration, including possible overnight stays.
