Senior Operations Analyst

Coop is looking for a Senior Operations Analyst to join the Operations team. The ideal candidate will have experience with ERP systems, analyzing operations and supply chain-related data, and understand end to end supply chain processes. The analyst must be organized, detail oriented, and a strong communicator who is comfortable working with partners across all levels of the business. Additionally, this role involves planning, prioritizing, and managing workloads in a dynamic environment with competing priorities.Key Responsibilities:· Synthesize and connect data from several sources into manageable data points to support operations, supply chain, and demand planning· Update and distribute operations and sales reports daily· Execute inventory reconciliation and other month-end close processes· Perform inventory analytics to support warehouse operations, monthly purchasing, etc.· Maintain ledgers for all inbound including landed cost analytics, expected and actual receipt dates, etc.· Analyze and track operational KPIs, reported to management monthly· Support planning and supply chain in creating purchase orders, shipments and transfers, quality control requests, etc.· Other operational duties as needed by managementSkills & Experience:· Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business management, economics, accounting or related field· 5+ years of related work experience· Must be a critical thinker, self-starter, with strong problem-solving skills· Highly proficient in MS Office package (specifically Excel -lookups, sumifs, pivot tables)· NetSuite experience is preferred· Ecommerce and Retail consumer packaged goods experience preferred· Demonstrable capability to analyze and collect data without clear direction, including cross-reference data validation with critical attention to detail· Ability to summarize and highlight key findings from all analysis performed for senior management review· Ability to engage in multiple projects simultaneously· Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
