Job Title: CNC ProgrammerLocation: Hellam, PAJob Type: Full TimeShift: 1st shift (Monday-Thursday 6am-4:30pm) Overtime AvailableJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated CNC Programmer to join our team. This position is responsible for producing tool details by programming, setting up, and operating CNC machines, as well as assisting with tooling production and repair. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a passion for maintaining high standards of quality and safety, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Key Responsibilities:CNC Programming & Operation: Program, set up, and operate CNC machines for tooling production and repair. Assist Tool & Die Repair Technicians in tool repair tasks using various machinery.Machining Planning: Study work orders, blueprints, engineering plans, materials, and specifications. Interpret geometric dimensions and tolerances (GD&T) to ensure accuracy in the machining process.Setup & Maintenance: Load materials, maintain specifications by overseeing drilling, grooving, cutting (including turning, facing, knurling, and thread chasing), perform adjustments, reprogram controls, sharpen tools, and maintain a high standard of quality control.Troubleshooting & Quality Assurance: Detect malfunctions, troubleshoot processes, and replace worn tools as needed while adhering to strict quality standards.Safety & Cleanliness: Ensure safe operations by following established safety procedures and regulations.
