Job Opportunity: Contracts Administrator (Nonprofit)A respected nonprofit organization is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator to join their team. This role is perfect for someone with a keen eye for detail and experience with a variety of contracts and agreements, including vendor/contractor agreements, non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), purchase orders, and hotel agreements.Position Overview:Duration: February to June 2025, with the potential for temp-to-hireLocation: Onsite in 90056 (Parking provided)Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break), no earlier than 8:00 AM start timeHourly Rate: $28-36/hrVaccination Requirement: COVID-19 vaccination proof requiredKey Responsibilities:Review, draft, and prepare a wide range of agreements including vendor service agreements, NDAs, purchase orders, hotel agreements, releases, consulting agreements, MOUs, and leases.Ensure all contracts comply with the organization's funder requirements and signature authority policies.Conduct legal research regarding leases, contracts, labor and employment, governance, insurance, property, and intellectual property.Assist with corporate filings, insurance applications, and resolutions.Act as a liaison between internal management and external partners.Take on additional legal duties and special projects as assigned by the Chief Compliance Officer and General Counsel.Candidate Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or Paralegal Certificate requiredMinimum of 2 years of experience drafting and reviewing various contracts in a corporate, nonprofit, or law firm settingStrong proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, and OutlookExcellent communication skills and ability to ask pertinent questions when neededWhy This Position is Open: This role is available due to the resignation of the previous staff member.Additional Requirements: Candidates must complete a background check prior to employment.If you are a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in contracts administration and are looking for a dynamic position in a nonprofit environment, apply today!All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
