This person will be responsible for overseeing spend in either packaging or marketing material and accountable for identifying and delivering business benefits aligned with cost reduction, cash improvement, supply, quality, service, sustainability, and innovation.The Procurement Manager/Senior Procurement Manager will Be Responsible For the Following:Develop, manage, and implement comprehensive strategies to deliver agreed savings targets and other benefits that significantly impact financial resultsDrive the category in relevant supply chain brand-focused forumsDevelop and improve innovative procurement tools, such as should-cost models and optimized supply replenishment models, to identify and deliver incremental savingsStrategically engage with and understand the business requirements of stakeholders and business partners to position the Procurement value propositionBuild strategic relationships with key suppliers at a senior level and lead processes to ensure value is driven from these relationshipsThe Procurement Manager/Senior Procurement Manager Should Have the Following Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree (Master's preferred)Procurement experience in a large FMCG companyProven negotiation and contract management skillsAbility to think strategically to build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers and to create sourcing plansDeep financial acumenProficient in ExcelThis is a full time permanent position that will operate on a hybrid schedule (2-3x in the office).
