This role requires proven experience in electrical estimating for commercial and industrial projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing project specifications, preparing precise cost estimates, and working closely with project teams to deliver competitive bidsKey Responsibilities:Review and interpret electrical drawings, specifications, and bid documents.Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and industrial project.Perform material take-offs, labor estimates, and pricing analysis.Collaborate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing and ensure accuracy.Identify potential risks and opportunities within project scopes.Qualifications:Previous experience in electrical estimating (commercial and industrial focus required).Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry standards.Proficiency in estimating software and tools.Excellent communication and organizational skills.
