Change Manager

Insight Global is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transition Manager for a sports retail client based out of Beaverton, OR. This Change/Transition Manager will oversee the transitioning period and vendor/supplier consolidation of guard vendors, security hardware suppliers, physical security software, etc across the globe. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in change management, physical security systems, and a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. Title: Change/Transition ManagerEmployment Type: ContractDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: BeavertonHYBRID MODEL: 4 days onsite, 1 day remoteRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum of 5 years experience in technical project/program manager with a focus on Physical Security or related field.Experience with ERP transitions and rolling out new processes.Experience creating communication or training plansExcellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.Familiar working in an Agile Environment.Experience with AirTable or similar tools like Smartsheet or excelCompensation:$55/hr to $60/hr.Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
