Get more details below!Contract Duration: 6-monthsWorksite Location: Lake Elmo, MN - onsiteCompensation: $22.00 per hourTraining Schedule: 6+ weeks, M-F schedule of 8:30am - 4:30pmShifts will be M-F 8:30am - 4:30pm for the first 6 weeks and then will include every other Saturday 8am - 2 pm and shifts that fall between 7:30am - 6pm once training is completed.Position Overview: As a Customer Support Representative (CSR), you will play a critical role in supporting customers with a wide variety of inquiries. On a typical day, CSRs often support between 60-80 customers and are empowered to demonstrate care and commitment during each interaction.In this role, representatives are given extensive training on systems, processes, and procedures. We will challenge you to problem solve, think creatively, and work collaboratively on behalf of our customers.
