We have over 180 professionals globally.Position Summary:Wafra is seeking a highly motivated Associate/Senior Associate of Investor Relations and Marketing to support the firm's comprehensive marketing and investor engagement strategy. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for marketing. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, excel at cross-functional collaboration, and have a strategic mindset when it comes to branding and digital engagement.Duties and Responsibilities:Conference & Event Management Implement a structured approach to conference management, maintaining a centralized conference calendar across all investment strategies.Coordinate registration and collaborate with Sales to set client meetings around conferences to maximize engagement and efficiency.Plan and execute ad-hoc investor and marketing events, including high-profile annual investor meetings.Media Strategy Work closely with Wafra's external PR agency to secure and review media coverage, ensure content aligns with broader marketing strategy, fundraising efforts and new fund launches.Tailor media opportunities to strategically enhance brand visibility and ensure messaging consistency.Digital & Content Creation Develop and implement a LinkedIn strategy to strengthen Wafra's digital presence and engagement with investors and industry professionals.Regularly publish thought leadership content, including market insights, research white-papers, fund updates, and firm milestones, to reinforce Wafra's brand positioning.As needed, assist with updating PowerPoint presentations and managing investor diligence requests"”including DDQs, RFPs, RFIs, and ad hoc inquiries.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree required. Finance, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred3-5 years of experience in investor relations, marketing, or a related function within financial services, preferably in asset management or private equity.Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging for different audiences.Experience with LinkedIn campaigns, marketing, content creation, and social media engagement in a professional setting.Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.Benefits/Compensation: The anticipated base salary for this role is $100,000 - $150,000. The compensation range for this role is specific to New York City and actual base salary will be determined by several components including but not limited to an individual's experience, skill set and qualifications.
