Ultimate Staffing's Baltimore based client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented, Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and donor relations efforts. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless internal processes and fostering meaningful relationships with donors and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Provide administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.Maintain accurate donor records and update databases with relevant information.Assist in donor communications, including acknowledgment letters, emails, and event invitations.Coordinate donor appreciation activities, fundraising initiatives, and special events.Prepare reports and presentations related to donor engagement and fundraising efforts.Manage office operations, including ordering supplies and handling general inquiries.Support grant writing and reporting efforts as needed.Work closely with the fundraising and communications teams to enhance donor engagement.Qualifications:Previous administrative experience, preferably in a non-profit setting.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor management software (preferred).Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling donor information.Passion for non-profit work and donor engagement.Desired Skills and ExperienceUltimate Staffing's Baltimore based client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented, Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations and donor relations efforts.
