Job Details: Title: BuyerLocation: Fairfield OH 45014Pay Rate: $35/hourDuration: 12 months What will you do?Organize and optimize the procurement of components with our suppliers by following the SPS principlesResponsible for logistic solutions including batch size, lead time, packaging, ABC/FMR analysis, components stocking policy, consignment stockResponsible for accuracy and analysis of supplier's forecastMonitor and improve upstream supply chain performance (reviewing KPIs and leading projects to optimize resources)Lead continuous improvement projectsManage corrective and preventive actions to solve upstream supply chain issues (ex. excess inventory, supplier OTD, Kanban card analysis)Escalate critical supplier issues to senior managementEnsure quality and consistency of key parameters of supply and stock management (ex : Replenishment Lead Time, Quantity, Frequency, Stocking policy)What qualifications will make you successful?Bachelor's Degree (or higher) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field3+ years of scheduling/planning experienceExperience analyzing numbers, trends, and data and making decisions based on the findingsAbility to make independent decisions with little supervisionPartner, influence, collaborate & communicate across the enterprise and with external stakeholdersStrong verbal / presentation and written communications skills working in a complex organization.Proficiency user of Microsoft Office & ERP systems
