Operations Manager

Responsibilities:Managing eCommerce OperationsOversee overall eCommerce and retail order processing Provide frequently timely reports and analysis for ecommerce business insights to Managing DirectorCooperating Accounting Manager day-to-day data and sales revisionUpdate inventory level to key retail channels such as Amazon, Costco, Macy's, Williams-Sonoma and so on.Inventory Planning (International Logistics)Oversight and management of product forecasting to ensure in stock status with appropriate turns to support a high digital growth environmentOversee receiving, warehousing, distribution and operationsCoordinating and controlling the order cycle;Domestic LogisticsStrategically manage 3PL warehouse in compliance with company's policies and visionFocus on efficiency and cost effectiveness of freight operations to balance customer delivery requirements with cost per delivery requirementsIdentify problems or delays related to logistics and report in a timely manner.Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goodsQualifications:Proven track record of 5+ years of eCommerce product experience is strongly preferred, with 1-2 years of lead experience. (Including Amazon 1P and 3P)Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant in-depth experience in an operational environmentSolid knowledge of the transportation industry and logisticsExperience working with SPS, EDI or ERP(NetSuite) systems and managing multiple prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to communicate complex ideas and processes in a simplified manner.Must be extremely organized, detail oriented, and possess the drive to succeed within fast-paced environmentProven working experience as a logistics manager for domestic and international operations.Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of products including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Effective verbal and written communication skillsGeneral knowledge and understanding of accounting proceduresAbility to perform mathematical calculations quickly and accuratelyStrong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multi-task and maintain accuracy is required.Excellent phone skills and etiquette required.
