If you are interested, please apply below!The Campus Recruiter will be responsible for:Promoting the company as an employer of choice at select local and regional universitiesLooking after full lifecycle recruitment for designated hiring needs for specific business unitsSourcing and building candidate/student pipelines for technical and non-technical rolesCo-ordinating phone screens and video interviewsAttending campus events, tech talks virtually at targeted schoolsBuilding strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs, partnering with them through to selection and hireWorking closely with the HR Global Services team on the post offer accept process through to onboardingHandling other recruitment duties, as neededRequired SkillsBachelor's Degree1+ years of Campus Recruiting experience and familiarity with internship and co-op programsAbility to independently multi-taskExperience with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail with superior organization, problem solving and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with ability to influencePreferred SkillsAt least 1 year of experience recruiting engineering students, ideally electrical engineersExposure to technology, semiconductor or electrical hardware industriesExperience recruiting graduate level students (MBA, MS, PhD)Experience with Handshake or other campus recruiting softwareExperience with international students and the CPT/OPT sponsorship process"Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
