We are currently looking for a highly motivated individual with cabinetry design experience to add to our KW Team.We're looking for an experienced Kitchen and Bath Designer to join our team and take on responsibilities including:Building long-term relationships with KW clients ensuring they are satisfied with our servicesConducting client meetings and showroom toursSupervision of project from concept to completionAssisting clients with showroom selections - colors, door styles, accessories, etc.Identifying potential problems in the design process and proposing solutionsJob site visitsConceptual Drawings of plans/elevationsLight EstimatingProviding client education on KW and our processes - Aligning clients with the most appropriate cabinetry solutionProviding client "nurturing" and installation follow-up.Assisting in special projects and assignments as assigned.Qualifications/RequirementsMinimum 4-5 years of experience in a client-facing capacity in the kitchen and bath/design industryArchitectural or Interior Design Degree PreferredKnowledge of building codes related to kitchens and baths (Preparing mechanical drawing for Plumbing, Electrical, Lighting etc.)Desired Skills/QualitiesExcellent organizational and time management skills - must be able to stay on schedule while handling multiple projects at various stages simultaneouslyHigh impact communication and relationship skills - including email/communication etiquettePeople personEye for designProblem solving skillsSuperior service skills/"client first" approach resulting in strong customer loyaltyAdaptability, flexibility, and willingness to work both an individually and on a team in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detailThis position provides opportunity for professional growth within the company.
