Support the onsite, execution of Blue Yonder/JDA in the warehouse distribution centerBe the first line of contact for any issues with the WMS (warehouse management systems), finding the root cause analysis, and creating new SOPs (standard operating procedures)Collaborate with cross functional teams to optimize warehouse systems for improved efficiency Train leadership and hourly associates onsite on the Distribution or order fulfillment process and system enhancementsBe a leader to teams onsite and at other warehouse distribution locationsProvide support for the implementation and execution of action plans related to Warehouse Management Systems for new and existing Distribution CentersManage and proactively monitor all time sensitive fulfillment issues impacting Stores and Cross Dock Delivery Terminals.Understand inventory levels at stores and warehouses and address any anomalies. Example: issues with shortages, discrepancies in orders or shipments, etc
