In this role, you will play a critical part in expanding our network of partners and establishing strong, mutually beneficial relationships. Your efforts will directly contribute to the growth of our company and the impact of our energy efficiency solutions.Key Responsibilities:Identify, research, and engage potential partners in the solar and renewable energy sectors.Build and maintain relationships with new and existing partners to foster long-term collaboration.Develop and implement strategies to identify opportunities for partnership growth.Act as a key point of contact for partners, providing them with information, resources, and support to ensure successful collaboration.Collaborate with internal teams to align partner efforts with company goals and objectives.Track partnership metrics and provide regular reports on progress, opportunities, and challenges.Stay updated on trends and developments in the solar and energy efficiency industries to identify new business opportunities.Qualifications:Proven experience in the solar industry, with a strong understanding of its dynamics and stakeholders.Previous experience in business development, partner acquisition, or a similar role.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship-building.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.Familiarity with energy efficiency solutions and sustainable practices is a plus.Bachelor's degree in business, renewable energy, or a related field preferred but not required.Experience:Solar energy: 1 year (Required)B2B: 1 year (Required)Job Type: Full-timePay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearBenefits:Paid time offSchedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayAbility to Commute:Plano, TX 75074 (Required)Ability to Relocate:Plano, TX 75074: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In person
