Accounting Manager - Bilingual in Mandarin and English

The ideal candidate will assist in all areas of accounting and financial reporting as Accounting Manager. ResponsibilitiesManage 1 Accounts Payable subordinate and Lead Accounts Payable payment processPerform bi-weekly payroll entries including recording of expenditures and calculation of PTO (Paid Time Off) activity.Responsible for fixed asset maintenance and Construct-in-Progress projects follow-up.Review monthly and quarterly account reconciliations, as well as maintaining balance sheet and the accuracy of the monthly income statement for all of the subsidiaries.Monthly reports, analyzes, and interprets financial and operating data for management.Act as liaison between external and internal auditors during the quarter-end and year-end financial audits.Assist in the monthly inventory recording and quarterly inventory evaluation including LCM (lower of cost or market) and Slow-Moving activity if needed.Perform other related duties as assigned by management.QualificationsMust be bilingual in Mandarin and English to be able to prepare for and interpret the quarterly financial reports.Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Accounting or Finance, and at least six years of related working experience.Have at least one year of supervising experience.Computer skills required: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office Suite; Accounting SoftwareOther skills required:Detail-oriented and deadline-orientedWillingness to work flexible schedule if necessary.Excellent communication skills and analytical skills
