Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Products Liability Litigation Associate Attorney to join Top AM 30 Law firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in products liability litigation, excellent advocacy skills, and experience managing complex cases. This position offers an opportunity to work on high-stakes litigation, multidistrict litigation (MDL), and coordinated state proceedings while collaborating with experienced attorneys and experts.Key Responsibilities:Represent clients in products liability litigation, including manufacturers, distributors, and retailers.Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and briefs.Conduct depositions, oral arguments, and expert interviews.Manage document collection, review, and production in complex litigation.Analyze causation and failure analysis issues in collaboration with expert witnesses.Develop and execute case strategies for MDLs and coordinated state proceedings.Work closely with clients, co-counsel, and expert witnesses to build defense strategies.Attend court hearings, mediations, and trial proceedings as needed.Qualifications & Skills:J.D. from an accredited law school.Active bar membership in [State] (California preferred).Minimum 3-5 years of litigation experience, with a focus on products liability, mass torts, or complex litigation.Experience handling depositions, discovery, and motion practice.Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.Experience with MDLs, coordinated state litigation, or regulatory compliance is a plus.Strong team-oriented attitude, work ethic, and case management abilities.
