This individual will coordinate lab appointments and ensure all patient needs are addressed prior to meeting with the Wellness Concierge. The ideal candidate will have a strong customer service background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.OBJECTIVESEngage with clients to build strong relationships, supporting them throughout their treatment plan and guiding them through the sales processEnsure exceptional customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and addressing client needsAssist with compliance tasks by maintaining accurate reports and ensuring clients meet necessary requirementsCoordinate lab appointments, provide patients with requisition forms, and follow up on completed lab workEfficiently schedule in-person and virtual patient appointments through the EMR systemTrack patient progress, ensuring completion of required lab work and physical exams by managing ongoing tasksAddress patient inquiries and concerns, providing clear information to meet their needsInput opportunities into Salesforce when a Wellness Concierge is unavailableCOMPETENCIESCustomer service or administrative experience, preferably in healthcare or wellnessExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build relationships and engage with patients professionallyStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage a high volume of new patients and keep information organizedAbility to efficiently handle administrative tasks and follow established guidelinesEffective problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and address patient needsComfortable working with a sense of urgencyExperience coordinating appointments and managing compliance tasksFamiliarity with EMR and CRM systems, such as SalesforceKnowledge of sales standards and customer service routinesEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or GED preferred2 years in a customer service rolePHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSProlonged periods of time sitting at a desk or computerTravel required - 20%COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITYAs an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, 10X Health System recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
