Legal Assistant / Paralegal

Our Client is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant or Paralegal to join their team! This is a Temp to Hire position with a great Attorney's office in Medford, NJ! The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm. This position offers $28.00-$33.00 per hour based on experience.The ideal candidate will:Thrive in a small team environment Be open and excited to learn new thingsHave excellent communication skillsJob Duties:Communicate with Clients, Court Officials, Attorneys, etc. professionally both written and verballyInput information into case management systemGo through leads that come in through the CRM systemReview body cams and videosWork with e-courts, download e-discovery reportsRequest discovery informationAdditional legal support duties as needed/assigned Requirements:5-10 years of legal support experience as a Legal Assistant and/or ParalegalPrevious experience with DUI cases/Municipal courts is a huge plus!Experience with Criminal Defense and/or Plaintiff Personal Injury cases can also be considered.Must have excellent professional communication skillsFamiliarity with selling firm services to potential Clients is a plus!Since 1972 J & J Staffing Resources has specialized in finding great jobs for great people.
