Commercial Logistics Associate (Level 2)

Our client, a luxury brand, is seeking a dedicated Commercial Logistics Associate (Level 2) to join their dynamic team. This role is based in our client's New York City office and requires on-site attendance five days a week.Job Duties Include:Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Ensure the security of company propertyHandle incoming and outgoing shipmentsCarry out tasks related to outbound processesSafely transport packagesTrack shipments and packages for monitoring purposesAssist with cycle counts and wall-to-wall inventory checksEnsure accuracy of all paperwork and shipping documentationParticipate in D365 testing updatesOversee end-of-day hand-off processesPack and manage all parcel-related tasks in D365Understand the procedures for both domestic and international outbound shipments using specific shipping carriersCoordinate with the import/export department to ensure timely delivery of goodsEnsure accurate and timely closure of all shipping manifests by the end of each dayMonitor and maintain the availability of suppliesControl and monitor accounts based on pre-assigned calendar schedulesPerform engraving tasks as requiredAdditional duties as needed and assignedJob Qualifications Include:1+ years of relevant experienceHigh school diplomaStrong organizational and communication skillsExcellent attention to detailProficiency in relevant computer programs: Experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, OneNote, and D365 (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to perform tasks and manage data effectivelySalary: $65,5000 - $65,600 annually While PCG appreciates all applicants, only those qualified will be contacted.
