Senior Litigation Paralegal - E-Discovery & Trial Support (Remote Optional)Are you an experienced Litigation Paralegal with a passion for E-Discovery (ESI), trial support, and strategic case management? If you're looking for an opportunity to work with a high-performing litigation team, we have the perfect role for you!AMG is partnered with a national firm, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive paralegal with at least 5+ years of litigation experience. This role requires strong collaboration with attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants to manage complex litigation cases from pre-litigation through post-trial motions?? Location:This position is based in San Diego, but can be performed remotely. Legal Experience in Califonia is a must.?? Key Responsibilities:Case Management Handle cases from pre-litigation through post-trial motionsE-Discovery & Document Review Manage complex document review projects and ensure compliance with discovery protocolsTrial Preparation & Support Prepare trial exhibits, privilege logs, and provide courtroom support during trialE-Filing & Discovery Draft pleadings, file documents electronically, and coordinate depositionsClient & Witness Communication Maintain regular client contact and obtain necessary case documentsSubpoena Preparation Prepare and serve subpoenas in state and federal courtsLegal Research & Strategy Assist attorneys with developing case strategies and conducting legal researchDeadline Management Track and maintain critical case deadlines?? Qualifications & Requirements:? 5years of complex litigation paralegal experience Paralegal certification (ABA-approved or compliance with Bus. & Prof. Code § 6450)? Strong knowledge of federal and state court rules & proceduresTechnical expertise with Relativity, RelOne, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, Trial Director, Sanction, Lexis CaseNotebook, and Westlaw/Lexis? Excellent organizational, decision-making, and interpersonal skills?
