We're seeking a dynamic, resourceful, and highly organized Executive Administrative Assistant to provide top-level support to the CEO of Premium Guard Inc. (PGI). This role requires an assertive, result-driven individual with exceptional problem-solving skills, adaptability, and the confidence to take the initiative in managing complex situations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, effectively manages multiple priorities, and consistently delivers high-quality outcomes.As the Executive Assistant, you'll act as a trusted partner to the CEO and provide occasional support to the executive leadership team. This is a critical role for someone who enjoys anticipating needs, driving results, and ensuring seamless operations across the organization.ResponsibilitiesManage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements, ensuring every detail is planned and executed flawlessly.Anticipate the CEO's needs and help prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring focus on the most impactful activities.Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, and follow up on action items to ensure commitments are met.Collaborate with the executive team to manage cross-functional initiatives, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met.Proactively identify obstacles and implement solutions to drive progress and efficiency.Serve as the CEO's liaison, handling confidential correspondence with discretion and professionalism.Provide occasional support to the executive leadership team, including scheduling, research and event planning.Oversee administrative tasks, ensuring the CEO's office and related functions operate smoothly.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.Strong attention to detail and ability to anticipate needs.Resourceful, solution-oriented, and capable of working independently.Collaborative team player with a high degree of emotional intelligence.Proven experience in an administrative or executive support role is preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong written and verbal communication abilities.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).Ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to changing circumstances with poise.Willingness to respond to time-sensitive requests and occasional after-hours tasks.RequirementsExperience3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, supporting senior executives in fast-paced, high-performance environments.EducationBachelor's degree preferred but not required; relevant experience will be strongly considered.
