Day-to-Day:This Field Service Technician will provide preventive and corrective maintenance services and repairs for various biomedical equipment and components at a local Medical Campus. This includes service and repair on centrifuges, shakers, incubators, balances, scales, stirrers, sterilizers, glass washers, ultra-low freezers, ice machines, and associated equipment. They will communicate and collaborate with trade groups, customers, and leadership to find the most effective and efficient way to produce a high level of safety, customer satisfaction, and equipment life quality.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience providing maintenance and repairs on bio-medical equipment or ultra-low freezers OR completed a 2 year biomedical equipment technology education training programCurrent valid Colorado Drivers LicenseWilling and able to pass a background check and drug testOpen to on call hours as essential personnel Plusses:Experience entering information into a databaseExperience in refrigeration that includes inspecting, replacing, adjusting electrical and refrigeration controlsExperience with preventative maintenance and repairs to refrigeration systemsStrong customer service skills (will be interacting with bio-medical staff)
