Client OverviewOur client, a luxury fragrance brand, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to join their team!Role Overview: The Sales Operations Coordinator will work in a fast-pace, creative environment and have the opportunity to be part of a rapidly expanding luxury fragrance company.Sales Operations Coordinator Responsibilities:Communicate with vendors and handle vendor inquiriesProcess orders between the warehouse and vendorsArrange logistics (domestic & international) and maintain detailed documentationResponsible for managing orders and project timelines with suppliers / warehouse / and freight forwarderCreate and update project schedulesAssist in execution and ensuring deadlines are met for existing and new product developmentManage task listFile and organizeSales Operations Coordinator Qualifications: Must have strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.3+ years of experience in a sales operations role Advanced Excel is a mustExperience in 3PL Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
