Preference is given to candidates with experience serving high-net-worth families.Expertise with Luxury ItemsSkilled in caring for delicate fabrics and high-end garments (such as silk, fur, and hand-embroidered pieces), with advanced laundry and ironing techniques, and able to handle special treatments.Physical StaminaAbility to perform physically demanding tasks, such as standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods, while maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and organization.FlexibilityAbility to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and adjust to last-minute changes as needed.Driving SkillsMust be able to safely drive luxury vehicles (such as high-end sedans and electric vehicles). A valid U.S. driver's license and clean driving record are required.Health & BackgroundLegally eligible to work in the U.S., able to pass background checks, and meet health requirements (including annual flu shot and pre-employment health screenings).Communication & Problem-SolvingStrong interpersonal skills to interact with guests, suppliers, and team members while maintaining discretion and professionalism. Ability to resolve issues independently and efficiently.Organizational Skills & Inventory ManagementCapable of managing household inventory, tracking consumption, and ensuring timely restocking while keeping everything organized.Service-Oriented AttitudeStrong work ethic and willingness to take on extra duties during busy periods.
