Commercial Real Estate Associate AttorneyEstablished Manhattan law firm with commercial real estate-oriented practice is seeking to add a commercial real estate associate to its Real Estate Practice group. The right candidate has 4+ years' experience in commercial real estate including acquisitions/dispositions, commercial leasing and finance (borrower side). Prior experience drafting commercial contracts/LLC Operating Agreements is a plus, as is coop/condo transactional work. Law firm is well known for their representation of sophisticated developers and other high-level clients and has a deep pipeline of work. Salary in the $150k-$250K range. Hybrid work.
