Job Title: LTACH Collections ManagerLocation: Plano, TX 75024Salary: $65,000-$75,000/year + Monthly Bonus Potential ($800-$1,500/month, received on average 9 times per year)Type of Assignment: Full-Time, OnsiteRole Overview:The LTACH Collections Manager will oversee a team of 8 collections representatives, focusing on optimizing account reviews, managing collections, auditing processes, and ensuring financial performance targets are met. This role is key in supporting the revenue cycle operations for commercial accounts and maintaining healthy aging, DSO, and cash flow metrics.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership & Oversight:Manage, mentor, and lead a team of 8 LTACH Collections Representatives.Ensure accounts are reviewed and acted upon every 60 days.Revenue Cycle Management:Oversee account reviews, collections, aging accounts, and auditing processes.Maintain strong control over cash collections, bad debt, and DSO for corporate accounts.Identify trends and develop strategies to improve collections performance.Reporting & Analysis:Create and deliver monthly reports to senior leadership on key performance metrics.Assist in metric creation to track and optimize team performance.Qualifications:Experience:LTACH experience required.3+ years managing a team of 5 or more in a collections environment.Strong understanding of DSOs, AR, insurance contracts, and fee schedules.Experience working in a Central Billing Office (CBO) environment.Soft Skills:Proven leadership abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and trend identification.Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Compensation & Benefits:Base Salary: $65,000-$75,000 per year.Bonus Potential: Minimum of $800 per month, with potential up to $1,500, based on collections performance (historically received 9 times per year).Additional Perks:Family-oriented culture with frequent team celebrations and outings.Surprise bonuses and company-wide surprise days off.Rapid career growth potential as the company expands.Why Join This Team?Growth Opportunity: Be part of a rapidly expanding healthcare organization with opportunities for advancement.Family-Oriented Culture: A supportive environment where leadership values team cohesion and recognizes achievements with bonuses and special events.Leadership Autonomy: A role designed for self-starters who thrive without micromanagement, offering the ability to make a tangible impact on the organization's revenue cycle processes.Challenges & Expectations:This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a growth-phase environment.
