The successful candidate will play a crucial role in transforming our payment platform through API enablement and portal development, with a focus on banking as a service. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the banking and finance domain, particularly in payment systems and API integration.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements for the payment platform transformation.Develop detailed business and functional requirements for API enablement and portal development.Work closely with the development team to ensure the successful implementation of APIs and portal features.Conduct deep dive analysis to understand the model of risks and its consequences towards the project risk.Ensure that the new payment platform meets industry standards and compliance requirements.Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the payment platform, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.Qualifications:Over 10 years of experience in banking, with at least 3 years in Payments like swifts, ACH are preferred.Experience in API gateways, testing environmentStrong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Preferred Skills:Experience with API integration and development.Knowledge of banking as a service and related technologies.Familiarity with risk management and compliance in the financial sector.
