With a team that operates with a foundation built on family, community, teamwork and dedication we are committed to your success.DAILY SNAPSHOTEnsure a seamless inventory process - by leading all aspects - from taking and processing orders to calculating shipping costs and delivering an exceptional customer experiencePartner with our web design firm and marketing specialist to develop our long-term marketing strategy, website sales and content creation needsResearch and resolve errors and/or discrepancies with customer orders by working with our suppliers to handle shipping issues and ensuring purchase records are accurately keptMake company purchases and process multiple orders a dayIn constant communication with the customers either by phone or email.WHO WE ARE LOOKING FORYou have at least 3 years customer service experience (preferably in the agriculture or gift industry) and are a pro working in ExcelYou are accountable, always demonstrating integrity and delivering what is promisedYou are organized - with a love of efficiency and consistencyYou are analytical, inquisitive, number crunching, spreadsheet loving, math minded, and enjoy digging into the detailsYou care about other people and support other team members with a positive, collaborative approachON OUR TEAM, YOU'LL ENJOYCompetitive compensationPaid holidays and time off - we value your life outside of workHealth insuranceAn energetic culture and a fantastic team!Discount on our products...and so much more!
