Our establishment is known for its exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and dedication to culinary excellence.Job Summary: You will play a key role in creating a positive and memorable experience for our guests by providing support across all guest service functions. Staying informed about guest itineraries, golf activities, and the amenities we offer will be essential to ensure a seamless and exceptional guest experience.Primary Responsibilities:Support the Membership Director and Director of Golf in ensuring the smooth operation of accommodations and golf functions.Address guest inquiries and concerns, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, with a friendly, professional approach to guarantee guest satisfaction.Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual or department.Aid guests during check-in and assist with luggage.Assist with room preparations, including the setup of signage and fulfilling special guest requests.Maintain a thorough knowledge of The Olde Farm and its facilities to provide accurate information to guests.Ensure that all guest areas remain clean, organized, and well-maintained.Work closely with housekeeping to verify that rooms meet guest readiness and quality standards.Provide valet services when required.Assist the golf operation with airport shuttle services as needed.Support the food and beverage team during special events or functions.During the off-season, contribute to housekeeping, maintenance, and groundskeeping as necessary.The job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. Management reserves the right to revise job duties as the need arises.
