If so, this role may be for you!A mission-driven organization is seeking a Executive Assistant to support financial and operational functions. This full-time role reports to the C-Suite and collaborates with staff, vendors, contractors, and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Assist with accounts payable, invoice processing, and payment tracking.Prepare budget reports, analyze expenses, and support department budget oversight.Manage contracts, RFP processes, and financial documentation.Support annual audits, tax filings, and grant management processes.Oversee staff time tracking, PTO records, and payroll reporting.Maintain office supplies, records, and vendor relationships.Coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and manage filing systems.Serve as petty cash custodian and handle bank deposits.Assist with special projects and administrative initiatives.Implement and improve fiscal and administrative procedures to enhance operations.Ideal Candidate Qualifications:5+ years of financial and administrative experienceBachelor's degree preferred.Strong organizational and analytical skills.Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and QuickBooks.Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.Compensation & Benefits:Salary: $65k to $70k depending on experienceBenefits: Paid time off, holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, life & disability coverage, generous 401(k), and more.Work Environment: Hybrid (in-office at least three days per week, remote up to two days).
