Many healthcare providers and their patients have chosen DiagnosTechs as their partner in wellness.Role DescriptionThe Office Administrator facilitates the efficient operation of DiagnosTech's operations by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks as well as serving as the central point of contact for building tenants.Essential DutiesAnswers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.Maintains filing systems as assigned.Retrieves information as requested from records, email, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.Coordinates and schedules conference rooms, meetings, and appointments for managers or supervisors.Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.Maintains and orders office supplies and coordinates maintenance of office equipment.Sorts and distributes mail and deliveries on a daily basis.Coordinate building maintenance issues with established vendors/contractors.Central point of contact for building tenants related to building/rental space issues and maintenance.Non-Essential DutiesOther duties as assigned.Required Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite or related software.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Administrative Assistance, Customer Service, and Office Administration skillsProficiency in using office equipmentAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectivelyAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.Education and Experience:High School graduate or equivalent.Associates degree preferred.Minimum of two years' experience in an administrative role.Previous contract administration experience is preferred.Note: This position does not include relocation assistance. Physical Requirements:Work is performed in an environmentally controlled office setting.Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Work requires regular use of hands to reach, feel, grasp and perform data entryOn a regular/routine basis employee will sit at a desk to use a computer, and walk and use elevator or stairs to travel to other areas of the building.Other physical requirements are seeing, hearing, speaking, standing, carrying up to 15 pounds, pushing and pulling, bending and twisting.DisclaimerThis job description serves as a summary of the typical functions of the role.
