We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Client Services Specialist to join our team and help us continue delivering on our commitment to excellence.Position OverviewThe Client Services Specialist will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless client experience by supporting financial advisors and maintaining efficient office operations. While experience in finance and securities licenses is a plus, a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills are essential.Key Responsibilities• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and timely responses to inquiries.• Support financial advisors with client onboarding, account maintenance, and preparation of meeting materials.• Prepare and process account documents, maintain accurate records in the CRM system, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.• Manage advisor schedules, coordinate appointments, and assist with meeting preparation.• Handle client correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail, in a professional and efficient manner.• Assist with compliance documentation and maintain adherence to industry regulations.• Manage office supplies, vendors, and administrative tasks to maintain an organized and efficient office environment.• Provide support for special projects, data entry, and reporting as needed.Qualifications• 3+ years of proven experience in a client services or administrative role; experience in a financial services environment is preferred but not required.• Securities licenses (e.g., Series 6, 7, 63, 66, or 66) are a plus but not mandatory.• Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with CRM software is a plus.• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-first mindset.• Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.Why Join Us?• Collaborative and supportive team environment.• Opportunities for professional development and growth.• Competitive salary and benefits package.• The chance to be part of a firm that values work-life balance and employee satisfaction.How to ApplyInterested candidates should submit their resume and a cover letter outlining their qualifications and interest in the role through LinkedIn.
