Job Overview:As a key member of the Aroris team, the Client Success Manager will lead and orchestrate the client success function, driving client satisfaction, retention, and advocacy. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and collaboration with sales and operations to ensure the successful deployment and ongoing success of our service and product lines for our valued clients. Job Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key customers, ensuring regular status updates and responsiveness to inquiries, fostering strong relationships. Act as an executive-level liaison for client engagements. Strategic Customer Engagement: Collaborate with clients to align their specific needs, determining suitable solutions and products within the Aroris portfolio that can be implemented to address those needs. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute the overall client success strategy, aligning it with Aroris' business objectives. Uncover Additional Opportunities: Provide the Leadership Team guidance on additional revenue streams worth exploring informed through client interaction. Communication Excellence: Maintain excellent written and verbal communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions. Establish effective communication strategies for clients that result in aligned expectations, addresses barriers, and emphasizes the value of Aroris as an extension of the provider group. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to align client success initiatives with sales strategies and ensure smooth onboarding and implementation processes. Platform Optimization and Expansion: Work collaboratively with clients to identify opportunities for maximizing the value of our platform. Drive initiatives for platform enhancements based on client feedback and industry trends. Required Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:Minimum of 3 years of relevant account management or customer engagement experience Strong understanding of healthcare industry and landscape, including the relationship between payers and providers. Exceptional and proven provider partnership skills and interpersonal skills. High degree of comfort in developing and delivering presentations to internal and external groups. Results driven, persistent - able to self-direct and work independently showing initiative, while seeking guidance when appropriate. Proven ability to work with limited or ambiguous information. Must be able to "connect the dots", using strong organizational and analytical skills. Demonstrated strength in computer software, e.g., MS Office Suite, PowerPoint, social media and internet-based research. Ability to multi-task, pay close attention to detail and be flexible in a fast paced and growing organization. Bachelor's Degree required, or 4+ years equivalent experience in a related field will be considered. Must have a high attention to detail, as this role is directly responsible for the accuracy of supporting documentation for contracts and completing documents accurately. Effectively and professionally represent Aroris to the provider & payer community. Preferred Experience, Qualifications, and Skills:Experience working at a medical insurance company, MSO, IPA, TPA highly preferred.
