POSITION OVERVIEW:The Higgins Group is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Operations Manager to help build out the systems, processes and daily operations of our newly added professional services division. The successful candidate will be the operational "˜right hand' to our divisional SVP and responsible for selecting and implementing our ATS, CRM, and all other middle office systems for our business to thrive. The successful candidate comes from the contingent talent solutions field with an entrepreneurial spirit and experience within any of the following areas 1. Recruitment 2. Sales 3. Recruitment Operations & Support.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Work together with SVP to demo and select all systems related to a contingent talent solutions business. System to include ATS, CRM, Client Invoicing, Time & Attendance and others. Support the business development and recruitment functions with operational needs. Work with SVP to implement comprehensive policies and procedures for the division, ensuring compliance with legal and industry standards.Monitor and analyze key performance metrics and financial indicators to assess the division's performance and identify areas for improvement.Manage a successful client onboarding and integration process for all newly engaged clients. Working every day with a "˜client first' mentality to ensure a white glove service experience. Consistently reviewing our operations for enhancement, efficiency and innovation for our clients. QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree preferredExperience within the professional services, staffing, executive search or related fields.Strong preference from the areas of Recruitment, Sales or Recruitment Operational areas. Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy ability to see trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to enhance relationships with clients, candidates, and colleagues.Deep knowledge of contract staffing practices and the systems used to source, screen, place and maintain a contingent workforce. Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business strategies to drive growth and profitability.The ability to solve problems creatively.Exceptional work ethic.Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or similar software.The Higgins Group is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to diversity and inclusion in all aspects of employment.
